CUSTOMER SERVICE
WITH INDESIGN EXPERIENCE (a plus)
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) delivers friendly, polite, and expert service to all customers.
The CSA is required to operate a wide variety of equipment, take customer orders,
assist customers, move boxes and equipment, operate computers and computerized equipment, follow instructions from supervisors, and communicate effectively with other team members.
PRODUCTION SPECIALIST/BINDERY OPERATOR
From the blank paper to converting printed materials into a finished
product through a variety of manual and machine methods.
Operating and maintaining the following equipment:
Production Digital Printing Machines, Folders, Paper Cutter, Perfing/Scoring machines, Bookletmakers, other forms of binding and more....
TEAM MEMBER
A floating team member who will assist in all departments,
including but not limited to filing, cleaning, organizing, binding, folding,
assisting others with tasks as needed.
