My Uncle Bill's Cranberries from Remesklya Cranberry Farm in Carver, MA, are a gift every year.
My aunt Brendas recipe for Bourbon Cranberry Sauce is a recipe I cherish. Simply delicious!
4 cups cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup bourbon

Instructions:
Mix cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and spread out on a baking sheet.
Cover sheet with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and pour the bourbon over the bubbling cranberries and stir gently until the bourbon is mixed thoroughly.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
