August is fixing to be gone. Thank the Lord!
September and October fall fishing at Lake Alan Henry is Awesome, the fish will be schooling and the big girls will start moving in.
Numbers will be 50/100 fish a day. that is not uncomman at all.
The Top Water bite will be on big time. I have 6 days available for September and 6 for October.
Get your days booked while I still have them.

I'm Working Alan Henry again. It's always been my home lake. I live at Lake Alan Henry. We have moved from the Hill Country. The massive floods wiped out the lakes for a time. I will be working full time at LAH in the near furture. I have over 25 years of experience guiding on LAH. I'm taking bookings for the end of August until winter. Lake has had some dramatic changes in the last 4 years. The grass is growing very well and the lake has rejuvanated itself. My son Jerad caught 7 seven fish over 13lbs last April the biggest was 14.5. We are after a State record bass.
Alan Henry has them. We are taking bookings now.

If you are tired of freezing your butt off go South!
I'm living on Lake LBJ in Kingsland TX, I have 4 different lakes to fish and the pre spawn and spawn is on.
The weather is excellent.
I'm catching my fish on chatter baits, crank baits and worms.
This is an awesome time of year to fish. The big fish are moving in and March is magic.

The bite at LBJ is absolutly fantastic.
I'm catching a lot of 2 to 8lb fish, average 25 a day on Top Waters, Chatter Baits and Sinkos.
This bite will last all the way through December.

On the next full moon there will be a big shad spawn, this will trigger the fish into a very very good bite. The fish will start to school up.
I took a couple of weeks off to entertain company and get out of the heat.

fished the 17th,18th and 19th at Lake Alan Henry. In 3 days of fishing we caught 83 fish, all were from 1lb to 4lbs.
My brother Danny had a 6.5 black in his boat.
The fish are set up to start schooling, they always do this during the shad spawn. There is going to be an awesome top water bite over deep water. All of our fish came out of 30/40ft of water.
I have an open day for Monday, July 29th.
The bite is a very good bite and will get better after this full moon passes.
If you do not know LAH you need to get aboard and I will teach you, where when and how. I will share my way points with you.
I have 25 years of experience on this lake.

The bite on Alan Henry is excellent!!!
Great numbers and the quality is very good.
My brother Danny and a friend, boated over 80 fish in 6 hours.
I have the 19th of July open and also July 10th open.
I have 20 years of Guiding on Lake Alan Henry.
