One of our top sellers at Chickadee is Evi Hollins , and it's because she is such a versatile artist and has goods stocked all on nearly all of our shelves! Evi started with a few pieces of apparel and her digital artwork prints, and has since grown into stickers, notecards, jewelry, lino prints, and more! There's even a bunch of goodies that Evi makes that we don't carry in the shop - she's just one of those people who loves to create, and does it all beautifully. Over the past two months we have featured nearly every single Chickadee artist on our social media pages - we're currently at 74 different artists and makers! We are deeply honored to be chugging along through our 5th summer, and able to represent so many diverse and talented local makers, and provide a tiny little space for them to sell their work here in north Lake Tahoe. Thank you for supporting local art made by real humans, we are so grateful for each and every person who walks through our doors. Cheers to the rest of summer!

New item alert! We've truly gotten in the most amazing new items these past few months, including these beautiful cotton tea towels printed with art by Mairin Kareli - another Kings Beach local making rad stuff. They've been such a hit we can hardly keep them on the shelf. Perhaps we're partial to the Jeffrey Pine Damask print because of the cheeky chickadees, but we truly love the birds and florals on each one.
