Tomato cleanup --pay attention
Every true expert [not me] tells us to remove and destroy all your tomato plants at the end of the season. That means dont compost them, dont mow them, dont burn them, and get them off or your property. You could dig a small trench and bury them in a remote space. The 'bad guys' [spores] are airborne, you see. So please tell your neighbors as well.
