OED sniper matches are structured to exploit the relationship cardiovascular endurance has on shooting. I'd posit passing all the stages in this line-up of competitions would build your reputation as a precision shooter. Snow, mountains, hill country, and windy desert will testify to your ability to hit +1000 yard targets consistently. If you can think critically and engage 1MOA targets accurately while your heart rate is 150bpm over multiple competitions you're officially awesome.
