📣 VENDORS — A Real Talk Moment
These past few weekends have told us something important and it’s time we talk about it. Honestly.
Last Saturday, we had 6 vendors set up. Small, but a step. Sunday, we were set for 6, but 2 left before even unloading, hoping for better participation elsewhere. Four stayed and held it down.
Today? 2 set up and from what we saw, even other markets were light, only 1-2 vendors.
Let’s be real:
❌ This isn’t a competition problem.
✅ It’s a consistency problem and it’s stalling the growth we all say we want.
Just a few weeks ago during , we had 25+ vendors and over 250 customers come through. That’s what happens when vendors commit, energy builds, and the community responds.
We market every weekend just like we do for special events — with social ads, flyers, SMS, email, and in-store promotion.
And we’ve worked hard to make setting up as easy and accessible as possible:

✅ Branding help, flyer design, and shared promotions
✅ Real partnership opportunities to grow side-by-side
We’re not just here to rent spaces. We’re here to help build businesses — just like we built ours.
But here’s the truth: If vendors don’t show up, this will fail.
When vendors packed up and leave or don’t show up the next week, we have multiple customers stop by asking, “Is the market happening today?” “Where’s (vendor), I wanted to buy…”
That happens every weekend — and that’s the part that’s breaking our momentum.
The Golden Flea began as a vendor market. It’s a passion project. It’s where our journey started. Now we operate a 12,000 sq ft liquidation warehouse, but we’ve never left the market behind, because this is where the heart is.
We love doing this. We love seeing people like us… creators, resellers, hustlers, entrepreneurs — take what they have and make it into something bigger! But we can’t do it for you.
And at the end of the day, Cheap AF Retail will always be open, always be present, and always be consistent at The Golden Flea.
