Just so you know!

Some information for those planning on participating in the Morel auction. Buyers you will need cash and not be able to pay for your Morels until "after" the auction. Cash is required because the sellers have to be paid after the auction and they won't accept checks or debit cards. Paying after the auction is required because it's to chaotic and disruptive to stop and try and find the buyers paperwork with the limited amount of support staff.
Sellers, your mushrooms must be cleaned off meaning no dirt, no water and put in clear plastic bags so buyers can see them with 8 ounces of mushrooms in them. You will be allowed to sell 8 bags per round and names will be drawn at random. There is a 10% fee for the auction on all bags sold. This fee covers costs and donations to nonprofit organizations. To continue to hold the Festival it takes a combined effort of "All" and we appreciate the support we get from the community and you. If you have any questions leave a message. Thanks!

With most festivals and shows canceled this summer we won't be setting up to much but we are going to sell all our inventory for a ridiculously low price of $750. There is probably close to 4x that amount of profit to be made here are just some of the items.
