YT 500, RCYT, and runs an Aromatherapist Training School. We create artisan soaps, bath bombs, lotions, roll ons, scrubs, ointments and more using organic ingredients including our 100% pure grade organic essential oils. Each item is infused with "good vibes and love" from our family to yours. Our oils are sourced through fair trade practices from their best native lands. Each essential oil combination is created to produce a specific effect on the individual using it. The Plate Method doesn’t have to be complicated 🍽️✨
Filling your plate with non-starchy vegetables, lean protein like tofu, and high-fiber carbs like farro or brown rice can help support balanced energy, stable blood sugar, digestion, and overall wellness. Add a little healthy fat, like a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil or avocado slices on the side to help keep you satisfied and avoid cravings.

Currently curled up with a spring cold over here 🤧, giving my body extra rest and nourishment it’s asking for. Seasonal transitions can really challenge the immune system, especially when we keep pushing through instead of slowing down.
A few things I’ve been doing to support my body naturally:
☕ Drinking lots of hot herbal teas throughout the day — ginger tea, tulsi, peppermint, and lemon have been especially comforting for congestion and a scratchy throat.
🫚 Keeping ginger chews nearby for a little warming support and to help settle digestion and sooth coughs.
🌸 Using supportive essential oils like eucalyptus, lavender, tea tree, peppermint, and lemon in a diffuser and steam inhalation to help open the airways, encourage relaxation, and create a calming healing environment.
🥣 Eating simple warm meals, resting more, staying hydrated, and trying to honor what my body needs instead of rushing recovery.
Spring isn’t only a season of growth, it’s also a season of transition, and sometimes our bodies need extra care while adjusting. If you’re feeling under the weather too, this is your reminder to slow down and nourish yourself gently. 🌱
