Last weekend was all about waffles. I used this pizza flour from and it produced beautifully fluffy waffles in my dope new vertical waffle maker from . Nom nom for us! I hope to give this bad boy another whirl this weekend. What kind should I make next?

Macaron lovers! I have made some decisions in regards to Chelsea’s Magical Macarons & More. I am no longer going to do macarons monthly but instead switch to every other month. This way I have time in between to hone my skills and flavors so I can bring you the best product possible. I will also be moving away from doing preorders and instead I will just make a certain amount then when they are ready to ship I will be announcing they are ready to order. This way people won’t be disappointed when I am late, because I basically always am. And lastly, I will be operating via a newsletter so if you are interested please PM me your email address. I’ll just be sending out an email when order time is upon us and it will be first come, first served. I really think these changes will help me maintain my business in a way that is beneficial to both myself and my customers so I can keep thriving and having fun with this rather than it being a chore that I dread doing. I will be skipping May and focusing on June flavors then I will be taking July and August off so I can bake all of the things for my wedding in August, then I will be back for October and December macaron boxes because Halloween and Christmas are my fave holidays! I can’t wait to grow and get better so I can offer an even better product. Thanks to all of my friends who have supported me and keep rolling with the punches as I navigate doing this. Your support means everything to me.

Okay, friends! It’s that time again! April macaron preorder!!! This month is Earth Day botanicals! Assorted dozens for local delivery or pick up are $26. Shipped they are $35 for one dozen or $65 for two dozen. Flavors are Lavender Earl Grey, Lemon Elderflower, and Hibiscus Ginger. Payment options are Venmo () or PayPal (). Local orders can be paid in cash upon delivery. This is going to be a good one, friends! I CANNOT WAIT!

Quick poll in regards to April boxes (yes I like to plan that far ahead). Which would appeal to you more:
a) an Earth Day box using all botanicals and herbs
OR
b) an April Fools Day box with all super weird flavors a la the jelly beans from Harry Potter except not gross
I’m just really not into doing Easter stuff because that just isn’t my jam.

New flavor cards will be an ongoing feature of my seasonal boxes. My amazing sister made them and the super talented drew the amazing pic of me being a total macaron queen. Can’t wait to see how the St. Patrick’s Day flavor card will look.
