'76 Sho~Bud Pro I 3 pedals and 4 knee levers.
Serial #11251
Deep red color with near zero fading.
Teardrop knee levers and a Gumby Headstock
Mid-70's narrow pedals
2 + 2 changer, two hole pullers
A classic that has seen some use.
Rebuilt winter/spring of 2026.
Plays and sounds great, a pure classic for sure.

*** The bad - years ago in a land far away, this guitar was purchased at Manny's Music in NYC. It had intentional scratches on the front cabinet. I call it the "Angry girlfriend guitar". We have touched it up with some wet sanding and a reapplication of nitro cellulose lacquer, to soften the look. Please note this in the photos. Also, the case is in good shape, but may have a slight "catty" odor to it. I scrubbed it down and it seems much better, but no guarantees.***

Having the chance to back Jim Lauderdale on steel was big fun. Even got to play "King Of Broken Hearts" with him. Jim wrote this song about how legend had it, that Gram Parsons would play George Jones albums for his friends, and say "He's the king of broken hearts". George Strait had a big hit with this song as well.
