Upscale gently used items are donated to the store which in turn are sold Monday through Friday with weekly specials. All profits are used to help support Safe Harbor Support Center. Safe Harbor has programs which provide early intervention for highly stressed, abused or neglected young children and teens by applying current brain development research in a safe environment. It also provides Trauma Education for parents, and professionals. Safe Harbor manages My Friends Place the only teen homeless shelter in southeastern Washington.
Safe Harbor Support Center is committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect by providing a safe nurturing environment for children and teens when there are no other alternatives. Safe Harbor Family Support Center also provides outreach, support and training to assist families in establishing a safe and stable environment.
