Thank you for choosing The Savage Norde. It is our standard policy to ensure 100% satisfaction to all our customers. We take pride in our custom crafts and all of our goods. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the retail item you purchased from us within 10 days in the original condition it was purchased for a complete refund. Simply present your sales reciept and you will be refunded through the payment method originally tendered. Custom Orders and Custom Crafts purchased. If you order a custom commission from one of our artists, we back our work without hesitation. If you are not completely satisfied when the project is finished, please return the piece within 30 days for a refund. Please note, we require a non-refundable deposit for every project started, prices will vary. Refund of deposit will be left to discretion of The Savage Norde as we know each case is different. We will not take returns if the item in question has been damaged or tampered with.
