Healing isn't pretty. It's hard...it's painful...but it's possible.

For the past few years, I didn't realize I was in a trauma bond. I felt the shift in my spirit, but the psychological conditioning made it hard to see things clearly. You don't always recognize it until the fog lifts, until you finally stop, breathe, and see the truth for what it really is.
