Warranty policy update - Lifetime warranty

That lightsaber, once merely a prop on the screen, has become a symbol of courage and faith.

A lightsaber has never been just a weapon. It is a choice—to hold onto direction in times of confusion, to believe in the light even in darkness. Just as when Luke ignited his first lightsaber, the significance of that moment far exceeded the outcome of any battle.

As we approach half a century, we revisit this story that spans the stars and reconsider the meaning of “heritage.” As one of the manufacture of lightsabers, we are not just creating a product; we are continuing a belief, a promise about responsibility and honor. Therefore, we are officially launching a lifetime warranty policy, ensuring this companionship is not diminished by time.

Specifically:
- Within one year, if a problem arises due to a product defect, we will provide the necessary replacement parts or repairs free of charge;
- After one year, if related issues occur, you only need to cover shipping, and we will provide the necessary replacement parts or repairs free of charge;
(All warranty do not cover damage caused by human factors and must be processed through your original purchase channel. Effective immediately.)

This warranty policy applies to all sales channels, including distributors, AliExpress, and more. As long as it is our product, we will be responsible to the end.
