One of the many reasons I love my job is that when I’m working on a project, I’m thinking about the person who brought it in. I’m thinking “Oh, Kelly’s daughter is going to love this”, or “Jim’s wife did something amazing here, what can I do to make this special”, or “maybe I’ll add a surprise mat for them because it’ll look so much better”…
