Congratulations to Mike Alcaro on capturing the win in the opening round of the Triple Crown Summer Slam Series at Wall Stadium Speedway!

Mike put together a strong performance from start to finish and kicked off the three-race championship in the best way possible—with a trip to Victory Lane and the crown to prove it. 👑

We’re especially proud to celebrate this win because Mike was MetJoe’s Race Shop’s very first customer. Seeing longtime customers succeed on the racetrack is what makes this sport and this community so special.

The Triple Crown battle is just getting started, and Mike leaves Round 1 with momentum heading into the next event.

Proud to have MetJoe’s Race Shop involved in supporting the Triple Crown Summer Slam for the Legend Cars at Wall Stadium.

The Legend Car division has always been something I’ve genuinely cared about, and I’m passionate about doing whatever I can to help support and grow the class here in the Northeast. Being able to contribute to something that benefits the drivers, teams, and the future of the division means a lot to me personally.

Triple Crown Summer Slam Set For Wall Stadium
Legend Cars; $2,500 Point Fund Available For Three Race Series Which Begins June 13

Wall Township, NJ - The Natural Design Company INEX Legend Cars are about to get their time in the limelight at Wall Stadium with the creation of the Triple Crown Summer Slam presented by Tyspeed, MetJoes Racing, Natural Design Company and Belair Transportation Services.

The Triple Crown Throwdown will feature three separate INEX Legend Car feature events with the dates being June 13th, July 11th and July 25th.

Each feature event will pay $500 to win and $100 to start with racers earning double points towards the overall season championship at Wall Stadium.

A $2,500 point fund will also be available for the top three points earners across the three races with the winner earning $1,500, second place earning $600 and third picking up an additional $400. A $1,500 bonus is also available if one driver can sweep all three feature events.

“The Legend Cars have been a staple at Wall Stadium since 1997, they always put on some exciting racing and we can’t wait to put some bonus money up for these guys and hopefully attract some outsiders as well for these three races,” said Wall Stadium’s Director of Racing Operations Pete Maletto.

On opening night back on May 2nd for INEX Legend Cars, Little Silver, NJ’s Lars Wilson raced to the checkered flag over Brick, NJ’s Justin Emmons, Princeton, NJ’s Thomas Schwarz, Bridgewater, NJ’s Mark Tischler and Springfield, PA’s Jack Gerzabeck.

Wall Stadium is back in action this Saturday night, May 30th with the Iron Revolution 100 for the NASCAR Sportsman which will pay a whopping $3,000 to win featuring a $12,000 total purse. Also in action will be the NASCAR Modifieds, ATQMRA TQ Midgets and the aforementioned Natural Design Company Legend Cars all racing under the NASCAR Local Series By O’Reilly banner.
