I leave our rental software up on my internet tabs as well as our website on our business computer.

Our daughter wants to hop on Amazon on the business computer and she sees my tab of our website… and hops on the ChatBot…. 🤦🏻‍♀️

She’s testing me…. I answer like any typical customer 😅

It kept her entertained for a while! Lol

Days like today remind us how thankful we are for the people behind the scenes that help keep everything moving.

One of our longtime family friends and team members has been absolutely crushing it today. William (Mr. Bill) started early this morning with deliveries from Albion to Kendall, then to Spencerport, then Brockport… all while helping us squeeze in repairs and keep equipment turned around for the next customers.

The long hours, constant driving, loading, unloading, fixing, and problem-solving are the part most people never see in the equipment rental world. 😮‍💨

We truly couldn’t do this without hardworking people who care about our customers as much as we do.
We’re incredibly thankful for the continued support that keeps our equipment moving all across Western New York. Busy days like this are something we never take for granted, ever.

Bill saves us time so when Mike comes home from working 11 hour days, he has time to spend being a daddy to our two children. 🙌

Today we’re celebrating the guy behind so much of what keeps this business moving, my husband!

From long days at his full time job and late nights to deliveries, repairs, and everything in between, he puts his heart into this business and our family every single day. I’m incredibly grateful to be building this life alongside him.

The best part of running a small business is the neighbors you meet along the way!

A couple weeks ago, a local nursery stopped by needing some help unloading mulch. Instead of renting, Mike unloaded the truck himself, no extra fees. Today, we were surprised with a sweet thank-you: a gift certificate to their nursery!

💐 It’s these small acts of kindness is what makes our community so special.

We’re grateful for their support, and we’ll definitely be picking out some beautiful plants soon. Here’s to local businesses helping each other grow!
