I am sure many of you have experienced the phenomenon where you were just minding your own business and suddenly its 50 years later!
Fifty years ago, this week, Greg skipped the last day of his Senior year of High School and his graduation ceremony so he could participate in the NMLRA Bicentennial Matches in Friendship, IN. He took 3rd place out of 107 participants in the Bicentennial All American Aggregate. The top 5 received Charleville Muskets from Val Forgett, Jr. of Navy Arms Company.
Greg was enrolled at the Bowman Technical School for engraving, beginning the fall of '76. He didn't know then, that his future would be custom engraving Uberti Henry's for Mr. Forgett a few short years later.
