As the shopkeepers of Village Alchemy, we wanted to take a moment to share with you some thoughts from our debut year. The journey has been memorable, the obstacles have been challenging, and the response has truly warmed our hearts. The hard work it’s taken to get here has been paid off by all of the support and encouragement we have received. This summer, we experienced a difficult loss in our family. We made the decision to temporarily close the store and limit to vendor events and online orders. We are grateful for the patience and the continuous support we have received during this time. Now, with the cozier season right around the corner, we are regaining motivation, spirit, and creativity. We have also found during our first year that traffic hits most in the fall and winter months. Moving forward, we plan to open our doors October-Christmas, and then spend the following spring and summer restocking inventory and planning for the upcoming season. The store will reopen on Saturday, November 1st 2025, and we will be welcoming shoppers on weekends until December 23rd. Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on building a consistent and reasonable schedule. We hope to keep seeing you on our shop-able website, in our store in Westmoreland, and at future markets and events (check website or instagram for updates on our upcoming Christmas events)!
