When I was asked if I would be willing to donate something to the “Into The Job Fireman’s Symposium”, I was excited to be apart of it. I then later found out that my piece was going to be front and center on stage at the podium in front of 800 firefighters from around the country. At that moment I realized I had to deviate from my original plan and make a statement. This weekend 11 firefighters from around the country are going to get on stage and pass along vital information and lessons learned from throughout their careers. It’s going to be a fun and exciting weekend.
