Today we were able to get catch and receive partial reimbursement from someone who stole from our store in March of 2025...

Today we were able to get catch and receive partial reimbursement from someone who stole from our store in March of 2025. We have security footage of the person and just happen to come across her social media where we found pictures and videos of her in the store the day it happened and wearing several of the items outside the store after not paying for anything. While this may feel like a victory for the store- it actually feels incredibly sad and violating. We do our best to price clothing appropriately based off the rarity of the item, condition, cost per item, and consider overall market price. We understand that sometimes that might not be the perfect price for everyone! We want to take this time to reiterate that we are NOT a donation based store- we source and purchase every item you see in the shop! This means we are not a thrift store- but a curated vintage store. We handpick every item to best fit the curation of our collection. To anyone new here we specialize in clothes, homegoods and trinkets ranging from the 1970’s - to the early 2000’s. We love to help people explore the world of sustainability through clothes! We truly are passionate about slowing down the fashion industry. We believe more is less and discourage purchasing from fast fashion cheaply made clothes that fills our landfills.

Our clothes are fun and funky but we also want to help people be comfortable and find clothing they need for everyday necessities. We do understand why people feel like they want to steal. We are here to tell you- If you are looking for clothes for a job or interview, maternity clothes, clothes for your children, for school, or anything that could be a necessity and you are having trouble affording- please DM us privately or email us at [email protected]. We can help you find what you need or point you in a direction of where to find it! We are always looking to make our clothes as affordable as possible while also running a functioning business that pays the bills. This store is both of our full time jobs and we have put all of our time, energy, and money towards this store.
