Asked my followers what I should do with some leftover flowers I had, and they wanted to see some lei! I made this wili lei po’o with orange pixie carnations, purple sweet William, and bits of blue hydrangea (it definitely wilted but I think it looked ok 😅) I wanted to try out this kind of spiral pattern I’ve seen other lei makers do, and I think this was a decent attempt 🪻🌸🌻 still need some more practice for sure but I’m always improving 💪

The newer, smaller heliconia are usually better to use in arrangements but it’s still fun to admire these huge ones on the other side of the fence 🦞🌳

Another cascading bouquet from this past week, only this one required minimal wire and taping 🤭 with bird of paradise and heliconia forming the top, coral/orange anthurium and burgundy cymbidium orchids filling out the middle, and a stunning white phalaenopsis orchid creating the cascade. I loved how vibrant these colors looked 😍 and congratulations Valery & Luke 👏👏

This one of a kind cascading bouquet took some engineering to put together and even has a purple orchid lei entwined in it. I knewwww Brittany was a girl after my own heart with the vision she had for her bridal bouquet 🤩 and when I delivered it to the venue and saw fog machines, disco balls, and heard the DJ playing EDM…it all made sense lol. I KNOW they had a blast getting married yesterday haha🪩🎊🪅🎤👩‍🎤🌿🌺🌊🌅

These fuchsia peonies lasted and opened up beautifully—proper processing and conditioning is key! I’m glad I got to work with these during the short period they’re in season 😍
