Today is my 42nd birthday and yesterday my parents came to visit. My dad and I went shooting and had a great time. It reminded me of how we would go shooting together and as a family almost every major holiday. Really some of my best memories!

It got me thinking that we cant be the only shooting family! So here’s a reminder that I have ammo for sale locally in Kanab. It makes a great stocking stuffer! Dont be low on ammo for when family arrives and its time to go have some explosive fun 💥🎄💥

Hey Family and Friends! Making some changes at Māvheim Forge!

We moved our family to Kanab to fill the need they have for powersports service and repair.

I have called it a forge because the forge is where you went for all things metal: weapons, tools, parts for transportation, and metal arts.

I will still be welding (mostly modification and repair) and doing 2nd Amendment Sports but the focus is on Powersports Service and Repair 😎

And so I am making a new biz page! I would just change the name of my original page but FB won’t let me… they didn’t like some of my 2nd Amendment posts and restricted my page…

So if you follow me here I would like to redirect you to Māvheim Forge Powersports where I will be posting new content and updates that I have been working on in the shop.

Māvheim Forge has always worked on powersports but it has become time to put it in the name! I still do welding and 2nd Amendment Sports but powersports is the focus!

Forgot to post this back when I finished it. Pair of private drive gates. If you zoom in you can see petroglyphs and artwork cut into the panels and the horizon behind the property is cut out of the top of the panels. All hand cut with a plasma torch and finished with rust patina. Quite the project but turned out amazing 😎

Projects like this are custom and on a case by case basis.

Some of you have noticed that I have a Bucked Up banner on the garage door of my shop. As an avid fitness enthusiast I have my dealer account for Bucked Up. Now in stock are Buck Shots and Bucked Up Energy Drinks (nice and cold).

For visibility they are in the lobby of Expedition Kanab where my cousin has lots of great Kanab souvenirs!

So come check us both out. I’ve been making improvements to my shop so that it is a more welcoming Man Cave.

The weekend after being gone all week with the Air National Guard my kids needed some dad time - what better way than teach them proper 2nd Amendment skills! Had a blast, literally. Blew up some water bottles, disintegrated some wooden cubes at 100 yrds, and had tons of fun.

*not a “for sale” post* as FB doesnt like advertising the sale of fi****ms on FB even though I’m registered as a brick and mortar gun store….

Even when I’m out of town with the Air National Guard I go back to my hotel and keep working.

This is a PSA M-LOC MOE AR-10 that I did for a customer. Switched out the stock trigger assembly for a GEISSELE trigger system. Added the red dot and flip down magnifier. Then finished it off with a custom laser engraving of Milo from The Mask.

Hey everyone! This coming weekend is Drill weekend which means I’m headed up to SLC. Anyone need anything delivered or picked up while I’m up there?

If I don’t have much to take I just use my car but if more space is needed I have full size SUV and a trailer.

Hey Kanab! As some of you know, I’m in the Utah Air National Guard and have to go to SLC once a month for Drill Weekend. It’s usually the first or second weekend of each month.

The reason I’m bringing this up is that the idea came to use this weekend trip to expand the services I offer from my shop.

Need something delivered between Kanab and SLC? Need something picked up? For a reasonable fee I can make that happen! DM me with what you have got and we’ll figure it out case by case.

This coming weekend, I head up the 6th and head home on the 8th.

Update on the stain glass frames now that they’re hung! Turned out super cool!

The project I was looking for chain for. Learned that CLR will strip zinc off of metal - do it outside or in a well ventilated space because it’s caustic and smells like rotten eggs.

Then I applied my own recipe of patina to get it to rust. Turned out really nice 😎
