This custom Defiance CRF action is the result of a collaboration between Defiance Machine and Flathead Precision Engraving & Cerakote—combining world-class controlled-round-feed performance with deep ornamental engraving.

Swipe through these photos and look at how many individual parts had to be coated, masked, and matched to make this build come together.

This wasn't pulled off a shelf.
This wasn't a wrap.
This wasn't a rattle-can job.

Every pattern transition was applied by hand to create a rugged multi-tone finish that looks right at home in the mountains, on the range, or locked in the safe as a showpiece.

The goal wasn't just camouflage.
The goal was a finish that turns heads the second it's picked up.

This custom 1911 was built for a local Fire Chief who wanted something personal, timeless, and unmistakably one of one.

Been absolutely slammed lately — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

From stippling and Cerakote to detailed engraving work, projects have been rolling through nonstop. A lot more content and custom builds are on the way.
