Hey friends! Big news over here! We were recently notified that the person who owns the house we've been renting for the last 8 years, is going to sell it. Their asking price was insulting, but after speaking with some lenders, the stars aligning, and some perfect timing - we expect to be closing on a wonderful property (you guys! there's a chicken coop! WITH CHICKENS!) in mid-Janurary. As I'm sure you all know, buying a house is expensive and we need your support now more than ever.
