Sourced from the highlands of Corquín, Honduras, this smooth medium roast brings all the easygoing vibes of a backyard cookout or a sunset surf session. In the cup, it’s clean, balanced, and effortlessly drinkable—brewed hot for an early morning beach walk or poured over ice to cool down.

Tasting Notes: Nutty cacao, earthy black tea, dark red fruit, and a sweet finish.
Origin: Corquín, Copán, Honduras
Process: Washed, Organically Grown
Elevation: 1700 masl

We recently hosted the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation at the roastery during their 2026 Family Retreat. During the foundation's annual event on O‘ahu, where they honor the Gold Star families and fallen loved ones, Tradition Coffee is proud to support them with fresh brewed coffee each morning.

Happy Aloha Friday! 🏝️🌞

Mahalo to all who came to the Birthday Bash earlier this month! We had a blast celebrating with you—new friends and familiar faces—with music, games, tasty treats and delicious coffee. It was a very busy day at the café, but all your happy smiles (and wonderful musical guests 🎶) kept us going from first pull to final pour. ☕️

The Team Tradition just finished its partnership with Kainalu Elementary PTA, and they were the highest-earning fundraisers to date! We were pleased to partner with this volunteer organization and the students excited to share how the program is helped reach their end of year goal ☺️

Our latest Team Tradition partnership just wrapped, and we are blown away by the results! We are incredibly proud to partner with the Kainalu Elementary School PTA, an all-volunteer organization that has officially set a new record as our highest-earning fundraising partner to date. By rallying together, this community has proven how powerful a voice for our children can be when fueled by a little specialty coffee and a lot of heart.
