E lei kau, e lei hoʻoilo i ke aloha.
“Love is worn like a wreath through the summers and the winters.”

An ʻōlelo noʻeau reminding us that love is everlasting, carried with us through every season.

Although Pakalana is not native to Hawaiʻi, she has become one of Hawaiʻi’s most beloved fragrant flowers and lei. With her beautiful green-yellow tones and unmistakable sweet scent, Pakalana is a favorite for lei makers and lei lovers alike.

And right about now, August through September, Pakalana is at her peak, carrying us beautifully through the end of summer.
