Shipping Delays Update

We’re sorry to say that even as our distribution centers in Hemingway and Laval have increased the number of shifts, we are still backlogged from the unprecedented amount of orders from the last few months. New orders coming in are continuing to see a long delay before we are able to ship out orders, potentially as long as 6 weeks in the U.S. and as long as 8 weeks in Canada. As far as past orders, we are still processing some from as far back as June 16 in the U.S. and June 5 in Canada. Kits are packed in Hemingway and, due to the current strain on the distribution system, the kit delivery will continue to be experiencing a delay of 10 calendar days in the U.S. and 15 calendar days in Canada. We appreciate your patience, and your additional hard work with communicating to your customers. Once again, congratulations on the amazing amount of orders continuing to pour in!
