One of my biggest birthday party planning tips is to get input from the birthday kid! You can find out what they are thinking, 9 times out of 10 they have ideas of what they are hoping for!
My middle daughter has very strong opinions about what she wants and doesn’t love surprises, so I always involve her with the planning so that neither one of us are disappointed!

Before my kiddos were born I was a Realtor and loved helping people buy and sell homes. After my first baby I decided that the crazy hours wouldn’t work for our family. So I started my search for something more home based.

All along the way I was planning parties for friends and family, and would contribute where I could. This cake was for a friend who wanted something extra special for her kiddo. My son wasn’t excited to be put down, but was perfectly happy riding along.

Hi Friend! I wanted to introduce myself. I’m Emily and this is my cute family! I started my entrepreneurial journey a long time ago. I’ve always wanted to be able to work from home, so something I love and be with my family! I have also always loved throwing parties! I really enjoy the process of picking a theme to fit the person the party is for and finding all the details to make it special!

I’ve combined these passions and created the Bovee Party Shop! I want to share the passion I have with other Moms and help you throw a party you are excited about!! .
