People have been stopping at our window to watch this for over 40 years. It’s mesmerizing to see, and if you’ve been in the shop, you know it smells even better than it looks.

My Dad always said it’s the handmade process that makes it taste so good. We’re still doing it his way today...kettles, spatulas, and all. 🍫✨
