Tap tap....testing 1, 2, 3....this thing on?!?! Ok sooooo, it’s been forever since our last post. Like, forever. But, for good reason folks. We have been working feverishly to finalize a deal with a local group who is going to take the ENTIRE building at The Jetty and put forth a class A brewery/brewpub concept. Forbidden Peak Brewery signed on and is working hard to finalize some amazing plans that will deliver an awesome concept for Juneau and Auke Bay. This involves of course a brewery, but also a potential restaurant concept. I’m sure there will be more details to come as they forge ahead but we just had to get the word out. This use is right in line with what we envisioned for the project and we simply cannot wait for it to come to fruition (front patio, high vaulted ceilings, well though out design features....). We’ve also been working diligently to finalize our condo plans and have made some great progress in the past few months. The Jetty Condos will be a 32-unit condo development right behind the brewpub. With tremendous views of Auke Bay, covered parking, elevators, and some top notch amenities, The Jetty Condos are sure to be a hit. Stay tuned for more on that front as well.
