Had a picture pop up in our memories today. It’s hard to believe where it started for us in 2019 with this Barn and the presence this beautiful 1840’s structure holds today. Thank you’s to the folks that helped us for hours/days emptying this building of its contents that were unsalvageable. Who knew we’d be hosting Weddings & Proms, celebrating Graduations & monumental Birthdays, holding Arts & Craft Fairs, hosting Yoga and it has an incredible sunset view???? What a treasure full of memories 🥰

Happy Friday!
Thank you’s to our honey bottling helpers. With this bountiful season 🍯, the help is greatly appreciated! On the menu this week is a Shredded Beef and Cheese Slider, Peach Chicken Salad and Cherry Pie Bars. Spend some time shopping our Market featuring local products, enjoy something from our Bar & Menu and tour our beautiful historic Barn. Yoga in the Barn is next Sunday with Audrey. The first session was so well received we hope to share it with more of you!

A huge thank you to those that helped with honey bottling last Sunday! We are typically a two person operation so your help is immensely appreciated. It is a bountiful honey season for us!! 🐝🍯 Those honeybees are loving the different landscapes we are blessed to hang out in for the summer.
We also carry Doundrins Honey Liquor that is a personal favorite. 😉

Good morning,
I visited Prairie Home Cemetary in Waukesha this week. I was attending a memorial for a long time dear and special friend that I will miss terribly. We grew up in Waukesha so I walked the long way back to my truck to see if there were others I may know. The great and legendary guitarist, Les Paul, is from Waukesha and has a beautiful memorial. I sat for a while to take in its glory and the musical history it represents. We are so fortunate to have lived during a time of awesome music.There were many names that I recognized and or knew that brought back memories of life from years ago.
It was a reminder that the chapters in our book continue to change and savoring the time we have with those special people is a gift.🎁 Heidi

Back to working on the flowershop/workshop. Headed to Delaney’s in Baraboo for the wall material. Delaney’s is always a interesting surprise with what they may have in stock. Had to walk the path to Dr. Evermore’s Sculpture Park next door. No matter how many times we go through the park, it’s mind boggling as to where the ideas and creativity came from with everything metal. Finished with an unexpected dinner at Ishnala. ☺️
