So many you you have been messaging and calling to find out the official answer -
Is the Scandinavian Festival happening this year?
As of now, we ARE moving forward with planning an in-person Scandinavian Festival for 2021. BUT (yes, we hate saying this word as much as you hate hearing it) there is a possibility it may have to be cancelled.
We have decided on a deadline of July 1st to make a final decision on whether or not an in-person Festival can happen.
For now, we are making plans for our Festival to happen. We have vendors, performers, demonstrators, and volunteers signed up and all our t's crossed and i's dotted with the City to make sure it happens. But with the uncertainty of all that is happening in our community, state, and world it's a bit difficult to give a confident yes.
We will keep you updated as we go along, but make sure you're following us and have Festival notifications on so that come the first of July you'll hear exactly what is going to happen.
