Our crew made it in from Whitney, Cleburne, Crowley and Fort Worth! We’re not asking anyone to drive on ice, we’re just letting you know that while we’ve been cutting these four “icy”days, no one has been picking up… Very few, anyway.

The next few days are going to be clear… Please, please, please pick up your meat… our freezers are in the worst shape ever due the weather and no pick ups!! THANKS FOR YOUR CONSIDERSTION!!!❄️🥶🦌

Season is winding down! 🦌We will accept animals (NO HOGS) thru the Feb 28th permit phase, BUT… no sausage orders after Feb 22nd!!

We will close the doors for the season on March 1st, no more out
of season work. Thank you!!

meat is ready…

That doesn’t mean we want anyone to jump out on the ice to run and get it at 3 PM when we close. Just come when you feel like it’s safe! Thanks very much!😉👍🏼🦌Stay warm!!

Update on Nikki - she’s doing very well with little to no complaints! She’s a champ! Surgeon told her to stay in bed for 23 1/2 hours each day with her leg propped up on that big foam contraption! It’s not easy, but she’s managing very well! We covet your prayers for her full recovery!

If you haven’t received a text that your meat is ready… we’re a few days behind, as you can imagine!
