I’ve been in the real estate world for many years. In 1963 built my 1 st house for $15,000 and had a $12, 000 mortgage @ 4 3/4%. WE ADAPTED
1975 had a business in Aurora, IL, needed to cash out my parents. Borrowed $100,000 from the bank at
2 points over prime. Prime was at 18%. WE ADAPTED
Early 80’s, regular mortgages were not available. So what did we do? Sold property with contacts for
deed @ 15% interest with a 5 year balloon. Sold 21 condo’s in 21 days. WE ADAPTED
So here we are today and rates are at 6%. It’s time we said: WE ADAPTED
