One of my favorite clients brought in some well used mower blades and asked me to see if they were salvageable.

I said Yes and got to work saving what could be saved and limiting the steel that needed to be removed. They also received a blade balancing which required a little steel removal away from the sharp-cutter edge.

Look at this well curated knife collection that we sharpened recently for a fellow US Air Force veteran and American Legion member! A loving couple spent the past 50+ years accumulating knives for every cooking need. The bottom cleaver was acquired from a cooking class instructor and was the most fun to see in the sea of Chicago Cutlery!
