Continuing with our staff highlights! Next up, meet Lauren! Lauren is our operations manager/professional plate spinner.
Fun fact: I unknowingly interviewed Lauren over a beer at Pour House. She mentioned she was job hunting… and two weeks later, when I realized I desperately needed an operations manager, I thought: omg I know the perfect person. It was one of those moments when all the stars aligned perfectly.
From day one, I knew she’d fit. She’s one of the nicest people I know — calm, steady, wildly competent — and she somehow manages invoicing, quoting, tracking, client communication, and my general chaos with grace.
She’s also my show buddy, which feels equally important.
