For those of you in sales tax states, how do you get either the total sales tax collected last month or the total cost of parts and materials sold so you can file your sales tax report with the state? I have tried every $$ # #%! report available and can't find it. I tried the help chat with horrible results!

Are you a do it your selfer? Are you short on cash? I am now offering phone support and drop shipping parts. This service sets me up to end up giving free advice, so it will be paid for up front. The cost;would be half my service call and I will give you up to 30 minutes of time. I will help you diagnose your problem, find the part or parts, and have them drop shipped from my supplier for the same less than retail price I'd charge at your home. Shipping and sales tax would still apply.
I won't always be able to do this as not all problems can be diagnosed over the phone, but it's just another way I thought I could help those in that particular situation.

I offer discounts to veterans, first responders, and senior citizens. When I'm done with your appliance, I always do a free walk through of your other appliances to try and give tips and answer any of your questions. I also offer help with your "honey do lists" while I'm there if needed. Just ask me if I can help. If I can't, I'll do my best to find someone who can!

I service areas North of Nashville primarily withing approximately 20 miles or so of Springfield. I will also service Nashville, but I'm trying to focus on the outlying communities who have limited access. I will also go further than the 20 miles, but the service call will be a little more to help cover the extra time and fuel costs.
