Throughout life’s moments, I have learned the importance of maintenance within oneself. Maintaining ones mental health, spiritual health, and physical health is not a key, it’s not one of the important things, it is a 3-in-1 NECESSITY. We are taught in school that stature, success, and salary are the most important things in life, yet we aren’t taught that without upkeep of our mind, body, and spirit; none of it is possible.
&& learning that is when my obsession with wellness kicked in to overdrive, I wanted to understand what I had been missing, what I could feed my spirit, my heart, my mind, and my body that would uplift me and keep me ~strong, at peace, and inspired~ because all 3 are important.
As the curiosity to feed these elements within myself grew, I began being more open to reading and learning about the different cultural beliefs, spirituality, & holistic practices that I was unfamiliar with.
I needed to feed my mind, body, and soul because the corporate matrix of America had left me feeling depleted, and just stuck in a hamster wheel mentality of “I must keep working and doing as much as I can, so that I can succeed as fast as I can.” & that is not a sustainable lifestyle.
The truth is, we need nature, we need to eat well, and pay attention to what we feed our body, as well as what we feed our mind. & we need to proactively feed our mind, body, and spirit in a way that will impact it positively.
One of the things that helped me was practicing meditation, Clearing the mind and welcoming in positive energy. Another was herbal tinctures, another practice that helps me a lot is affirmations, and listening to healing frequencies. But the one I wanted to share with you all, was the gift of Nature I found in healing crystals.
A friend of mine had gifted me some healing crystals 4 years ago during a catastrophic time in my life, and honestly the energy that those crystals radiated into my life and Into my home was something I felt. I remember looking up what each rock was said to help heal and being stunned that nature could provide this kind of thing. I knew it would become something I wanted to share with others one day....
