Dear Mother Earth and Father Sky, we beseech you- please help us.
We need rain! The clouds gather, the breeze turns to wind and the forecast is promising. Please bless this valley and mountains and forest all around us with your blessed rainfall and protect us from those who do not understand the danger in their flame... We love and honor this place and all the creatures it supports - two-leggeds, four-leggeds, winged, crawling and swimming, and we thank you for watching over us, your grateful children and committed caretakers of all you have created.
