I would like to ask all of you for some help. I am not sure if you are aware of what is going on at Seacrest Wolf Preserve in Chipley Florida. They are a wolf preserve that not only educates the public the truth about wolves, but it is a place very near and dear to my heart. Several years ago, my husband and I went to spend time up close taking pictures with the with the wolves- it was the most magical and beautiful experience of my life. The wolves are now in trouble. The land that they lived on for 25 years was sold, and they wanted them out, so they required an unreasonable and unattainable amount of money for an insurance policy, and they lost in court, and were given only 20 days to evacuate the premises. This is almost impossible and will put the wolves in danger. They are appealing this decision to buy more time to get them relocated, and have a court date on March 5th. Included is a GoFundMe link to donate- any amount would help. If you are unable to, please send prayers and energy that they win the appeal to buy more time, and are able to relocate safely in a better place. Thank you 💜

First and foremost, we want to sincerely thank everyone for the overwhelming outpouring of support. We are truly blown away. Your encouragement has ignited a renewed sense of hope for the miracle that could keep Seacrest — and our mission — alive.
As of today, our legal team has filed both an appeal and a motion to stay, giving us a chance to buy time to rebuild or relocate. The judge has agreed to a hearing, which is scheduled for March 5th. While we remain hopeful, we are also preparing for the possibility that the outcome may not be in our favor. We cannot afford to pause or delay action. At the end of the day, the safety and wellbeing of our animals is — and always will be — our top priority.
To those offering placement or transport for the animals: thank you. Please understand that there are very specific legal and logistical requirements that must be met. Proper licensing for housing and transport, specialized equipment, and individualized care standards are all essential. We are actively reaching out to vetted facilities to explore safe placement options and are carefully reviewing every possibility.
To everyone offering labor, equipment, and materials for a potential rebuild — your generosity means more than we can express. At this time, we do not yet have clear answers on how or when we can move forward. While the willingness to help has been extraordinary, we unfortunately do not yet have a clear picture of what is exactly next. Our immediate focus remains on securing safe placement for the animals.
Please continue to share our story. Keep talking. Keep caring. These animals need us working on the ground to protect them — but they also need all of you standing up and speaking out on their behalf.
We are deeply grateful for every single one of you.
