Your wedding morning moves fast, for REAL.

You think starting at 7 or 8am is early and then next thing you know it’s time to walk down the aisle 😅

People will tell you “be present” and “take it all in.” But when every nook and cranny of the timeline is you doing or being a part of something, the time flies and you’re left wondering where the day went.

SO what I tell all my brides is to pencil in 5 minutes alone right before it’s time to put on your dress.

At first they look at me a little silly, but it’s when you’re alone for those few minutes that you’re able to ground yourself in all the emotions you’re feeling. The excitement, the nerves, the overwhelming joy that brings little happy tears to your eyes.

Those are the feelings you want to look back on and remember taking the time to feel. 🤍

If you don't know your priorities upfront (aka where you actually want the majority of your budget to go), you will end up spending way more than you planned.

Don't fall into that trap. ❌

There's a whole category of advice out there that says "it's your wedding!" and then leaves you with nothing to actually say when someone pushes back on your choices.

Well, here's what I would say to avoid stepping on toes while still standing your ground.

👉When it's your own family:
“We liked that idea too! We went back and forth on it, but we've made our decision on this one and we're going with [insert yours].”

👉When it's his family:
"We've already decided on [insert thing], but that’s a good idea! Next on our list is [insert thing]. Any input for that?"

👉 When it’s social media that has you second-guessing everything, you already know what you need to do…close the app and recenter!

How are we feeling about this trend rn????

It’s no secret this color combo is THE hottest wedding trend right now.

Here are 3 things I would do a little differently if I were a bride who already had my heart set on the mulberry grove aesthetic before it broke the wedding internet.

I WOULD:

→ Lean into the darker shades of the color palette and let one be the dominant color. Either the deep olive or deep red.

→ Have all my bridesmaids wear the same color dress in different styles.

→ Opt for a simple bouquet over the super stylized multi floral arrangement that’s trending on Pinterest.

Just because this trend is taking over weddings in 2026, doesn’t mean you need to jump ship or love it any less! Get creative and find ways to make this style your own!!!
