We've heard from several customers that finding parking downtown can sometimes make it difficult to stop in as often as they'd like.

We're considering introducing **Brst Express Pickup**.

Here's how it would work:

No circling the Square. No worrying about whether your favorite flavor is still available.

On Saturday, Melissa Smith Weales walked into our shop and told us her father loves turtles.

After seeing our World’s Largest Commercially Available Chocolate & Caramel Turtle, she said she knew she had to get it. ❤️🐢

And just like that… our giant turtle found its forever home.

So today, inside our little chocolate shop in Jasper, we begin again.

We are officially starting production on a brand new turtle, and this time, we’re attempting to break our own world record. 🍫✨

There is something really special about watching something handcrafted bring joy to people in ways we never expected. What started as a wild idea became conversations around town, visitors stopping in just to see it, and now a daughter buying it because it reminded her of someone she loves.

That’s the kind of thing we never want to take for granted.

Now the question is…
How BIG should we go this time?

To better serve our Brsties while continuing to focus on creating the handcrafted chocolate experience you know and love, we are making a small adjustment to our store hours. 🤍

We are extending our Saturday shopping hours so you can enjoy more time downtown with us each weekend!

Also, beginning this week, Choco Brst will now be closed on Mondays. This will be used as a dedicated flex day for production.

We did it, Jasper. 🤎

Today, right here in the heart of Jasper, Choco Brst officially created the world’s largest commercially available chocolate turtle.

4.7 pounds of handcrafted caramel, butter roasted pecans, and chocolate.

This moment belongs to Jasper just as much as it belongs to us.

And we’re just getting started. ✨

We’re making more. 🤎

After an incredible rush, our turtle case has been cleared, but not for long.

Our kitchen is going into full production tonight and tomorrow to prepare fresh, handmade turtles just in time for Mother’s Day weekend.

If you’ve been waiting for them… Thursday is your moment.

✨ All cases and shelves will be fully restocked starting Thursday morning.

Made in-house. In small batches. Right here in the heart of Jasper.

Well… we have some news. 👀

We did a little digging and found out that our giant turtle is currently ranked #2 for the largest commercially available chocolate turtle in the United States.

And while that’s pretty incredible…

We’re not staying in second place.

Not when we’re representing Jasper. 🤍

So it looks like we have some work to do.

For one of this week’s custom Communion orders, every cross is individually molded, carved, hand-trimmed, and finished with a delicate brush of 24k edible gold.
