Cathy’s Caramels just got approval to participate in the Chattanooga Markets; downtown (Sundays), Tennessee Aquarium (Saturdays), Knoxville Holiday Market weekend, and Chattanooga Holiday Market (two weekends in December). On a wait list for Erlanger Hospital.
