The Fish-On Fishing Club of New Port Richey promotes local fishing, social activity & community support.

The Fish-On Fishing Club of New Port Richey originated to promote the social gathering of Local Fishing Enthusiasts and to share knowledge with each other. We promote good sportsmanship, fellowship, conservation, improved angling skills, teaching children to fish and the mutual exchange of ideas to further angling enjoyment. The Club holds monthly meetings the first Tuesday of each month at 7 PM a

t Gulf Landings Club House, 6035 Barefoot Ct., New Port Richey. Following the business part of the meeting, we have a fishing education segment. We usually have a guest speaker. Our guest speakers include professional fishing charter captains, professional guides, or Club members. Topics include techniques, strategies, tackle, and skills used to increase fishing knowledge. Also, at each meeting, there is a 50/50 raffle and an attendance raffle. A n003ewsletter and calendar are mailed to each member monthly in order to keep everyone apprised of Club information and up-coming events.

OK peeps fishin report from Bayport to Chazz. Water Temps in the eighty degrees. Redfish are moving in look at points mouth of creeks with any kind of hard bottom, I like Mr 27 mirroridines in the 808 color and the shad or mullet color. Trout are on the flats look for kelp grass and yellow bottom,lures mirro lure Mr 27 in the 808 color and the purple demon, I also use a doa glow 5 inch jerkbait nose hooked with a 3 ought circle hook, also a 4 horseman popping cork rig with 24 inches leader with a 1/8 ounce jig head with a little John soft plastic colors chicken on a chain , glow work slowly on the flats snook are everywhere just need good moving water, wind and rain has water little off color. High winds this week but looks great as of Thurs, but calling for rain. Tight lines and great fishing. The rajun Cajun. www.rajuncajuncharters.com
