Hello Jamaica Plain, Boston, and our neighbors from far and wide;

As you may already know, there are nationwide protests occurring today and tomorrow to stand against ICE.
As a store that stands for supporting families wherever they come from, we wish to stay open as a safe space for the community to come together. We do not expect anyone who comes in to buy anything today, but if you must, we strongly encourage you to use cash as it lessens the economic impact of your purchase. As well, we will be contributing 10% of earnings today to MIRA to support the important work they do.
Radical joy and love is important in the face of fearmongering, and we will spend today sharing that joy and love with all of you. Stay safe, protest loudly, and thank you for being our neighbors, wherever you have come from.
