Look at how beautiful this week's batch of microgreens is coming along! 🌱

We are busy getting these beauties ready for the St Augustine Farmers Market! Just a reminder that our microgreens are always sold live in their 5x5 trays, so you get absolute peak freshness right in your kitchen.

We also have BIG NEWS! 🎉 Greysi's Garden is officially introducing local microgreens delivery! If you can't make it to the market, we will now bring your live trays straight to your door in the Jacksonville area.

🌱 Look what's sprouting at Greysi's Garden!

We are so excited to announce that we are officially growing Moringa! Often called the "miracle plant" or "drumstick tree," this powerhouse is famous for being one of almost unbelievably nutrient-dense botanicals on the planet.

Nearly every part of the plant is usable and packed with benefits.

The Leaves: Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are commonly dried into a powder to boost smoothies, teas, and green drinks, or cooked up like spinach.

The Pods & Seeds: Often used in cooking for their rich nutritional profile, while the seeds can even be used for water purification.

The Growth: They are famously fast-growing and love the Florida warmth!

We're loving watching these little guys take off, and we want to hear from you.
What do you use moringa for? Do you mix the powder into your morning routine, cook with the leaves, or use it for something else entirely? Drop your favorite recipes, tips, or experiences in the comments below! 👇🌿

🌱 New Plant Starts Available at Greysi's Garden! 🥒🎃

Looking to add some fun, resilient varieties to your summer garden? We just added two amazing options to our inventory:

🍋 Lemon Cucumber ($6.00): These beautiful, round, yellow cucumbers are perfect for snacking and salads. They have a sweet, mild flavor, no bitterness, and are super prolific!

🎃 Seminole Pumpkin ($6.00): A true Florida heritage variety! These are incredibly heat-tolerant, pest-resistant, and the squashes store for months. A must-have for our climate.

Look at my Sugar Baby watermelon growing! I have been working on training it up this trellis. I was honestly a little unsure if the trellis idea would work with a Sugar Baby, but it seems to be doing incredibly well and loving the support! 🌱✨
Stay tuned for more progress updates as it gets bigger! Zoom in and check out that baby melon hanging close to the bottom. I'll put a close-up photo in the comments.

🌿 **Update from the Grow Room!** 🌿

The latest microgreens crop at Greysi's Garden is officially out of the blackout period and soaking up the light!

Everything is thriving inside the Spider Farmer indoor grow tower, which helps maintain our clean, technical growing environment.

As you can see, the canopy is filling out perfectly across all the tiers. Our live 5x5 microgreen trays are developing vibrant colors and dense, crisp foliage.

These fresh, live trays will be ready for our next bi-weekly Sunday setup at the St Augustine Farmers Market. Stop by the classic car museum to grab yours and elevate your meals this week! See you Sunday!
