Tango Down recently hosted Project Appleseed. 23 shooters ages 11-72 learned marksmanship and history for a weekend. The stories of the sacrifices of our founders were sobering. The instructors were dedicated and extremely patient! Here are a few pictures of the weekend.

(Laurier here). A few months ago, my ladies shooting group had a “plink” night. More than 1 brought a .22 rifle and with moist eyes told me the story of how she and her Dad used to shoot that rifle together. These ladies were 50+. TDSC is hosting Appleseed Nov. 2,3. Excellent marksmanship training with some history woven into the weekend. It’s for singles, youth, seniors and families. Loaner rifles available through Appleseed. Make your memories in 2024!
