🐝 Happy National Honey Bee Day! 🍯

Today we celebrate the little pollinators behind everything we do at Bee Friends Farm, and the reason we gather each August for the BeeFare Honey Bee Festival!

Honey bees do far more than make honey. They pollinate our flowers, gardens, farms, and food crops, and today is a day to recognize their importance and the beekeepers who work to care for them.

And what better way to celebrate National Honey Bee Day than spending the day surrounded by bees, beekeepers, honey, families, and our local community?

Join us TODAY as BeeFare opens at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds!

Spectrum Love, Floating Sea Café, and FSA RECS came together for an incredible evening with an amazing group of adults! ❤️

Singing, dancing, laughter, great food, reptile encounters, chess, socializing, and yes, even dancing with axolotls! 🦎🫧🎶

This is what unity and joy look like. This is what happens when a community builds together. A safe, welcoming place where people can have fun, make friends, laugh, dance, and simply belong.

And we heard the Floating Sea Café pizzas were the absolute BEST! 🍕❤️

Thank YOU, Spectrum Love, for allowing us to be part of something so special. Nights like this are exactly why we do what we do.

USARK FL and USARK - United States Association of Reptile Keepers need volunteers for Saturday, August 15 at the National Reptile Breeders' Expo in Daytona Beach. Volunteers will meet in the lobby of the Ocean Center Saturday morning at 9:30am. They will receive free admission into the Expo.

Our volunteers are HUGE contributors to making our mission possible.
